Resetting Your Password
From time to time, everyone loses a password and needs to reset it. Should this happen to you, there is an easy way to reset your Help Center password.
Visit the Sign In page and click the Forgot my password link.
Next, enter the email address associated with your account and click the Submit button.
Afterward, a confirmation message appears:
Then, click the password reset link in the email with the subject "Infrascale password reset" from "firstname.lastname@example.org".
Note: Please check your Spam or Junk folder just in case the email got delivered there instead of your inbox.
Lastly, enter a new password and click the Change password button.
Voila! You are now signed into the Infrascale Customer Success Help Center.
