Summary: Steps on how to cancel an ICAB account for a company
Warning: This operation is irreversible. It includes termination of the Infrascale Cloud Application Backup (ICAB) account and removal of all associated backup data.
To cancel an ICAB account for a company, follow these steps:
- Log in to the Infrascale Dashboard
- Go to Application Backup > Activation and Management > Go to the Account you wish to cancel and click on manage on the right hand side to get to the ICAB Management Portal
Go to Settings > Account.
Select I approve the removal of my data from Cloud Application Backup, and then click REMOVE ACCOUNT.
