This article outlines the steps on how to allocate space on a dashboard to an existing backup account.
1. Log in to the Infrascale Dashboard
Once logged in, you can determine how much space you have to allocate by moving your mouse over "Online Backup Space Allocated" in the upper right
2. Mouse over Endpoint Backup and click on Backup Accounts
2. Locate the backup account you wish to increase, click on the wheel on the right hand side and select "change account size"
3. Update the account to the desired size and click "Save and Close" to confirm the changes
You will receive a green notification in the upper right to confirm the space has been updated. The allocated space % will not update until the page is refreshed.
Note : In order for the updated space to show up on the Online Backup and Recovery Manager, you will need to either need to log out and back in to the account or close and reopen the software.
