There are two primary ways to manually delete data on the Online Backup and Recovery Manager. You can delete data via the software or the Infrascale Dashboard.
Warning: Data deleted this way can no longer be recovered. If a file or folder was deleted by accident, please contact Infrascale Support.
How to manually delete cloud data on the Online Backup and Recovery Manager software

Click View/Restore.

Right click on the desired device, file, or folder.

Click Delete and click yes on the confirmation screen.
How to manually delete cloud data on the Infrascale Dashboard
- Log into the Infrascale Dashboard using a backup account. For partners who are managing accounts, this can be done by going to Endpoint Backup -> Backup Accounts -> Login as Backup Account.

When logged in to the backup account dashboard, click on Cloud Data in the upper right.

To delete a device, click the X icon in the upper right of the device window, and then click Delete.

To delete a file or folder:

Click the desired device.

Locate a file or a folder.

Click the wheel icon to the right of the file or folder.

Click Delete.

Note: It will take from 30 minutes to 1 hour to free up space on the cloud after files, folders, or devices have been deleted
