Introduction
IBDR Appliance has its own user interface to manage backup jobs, boots, reports, and other related activities. This interface is called "Management Console" and it is web-based, which means that you can access it using a web browser (Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and others).
One of the options to access the IBDR Appliance Management Console is to connect directly via LAN (Local Area Network). This may be the only option if the appliance is not registered on the Infrascale Dashboard or remote access is disabled.
Prerequisites
- IBDR Appliance is connected to your LAN and has a LAN IP address assigned
Instructions
1) Connect to the Management Console. Open a web browser, enter the IP address of the IBDR appliance, and click enter. Management Console login screen will appear.
2) Log in using Local User Credentials. Enter the username and password of the local user on the IBDR Appliance. Click the 'Login' button.
Default username is "Admin" or "root", default password is "rvxd2d2d"
Once you click on the 'Login' button, it will start loading the application, it may take a few seconds.
Once initialization of the user interface is completed you will get access to IBDR Appliance Management Console.
