How to access an IBDR Appliance via the Infrascale Dashboard
Introduction
The Infrascale Dashboard can be used to connect to both primary and cloud IBDR appliances from any location without a VPN or other additional services in a secure way. In this article we will outline the steps on how to access a primary and cloud Appliance.
Prerequisites
- Appliance is successfully registered on the Infrascale Dashboard.
Appliance is online and can communicate with backend services.
Remote access is enabled on the primary Appliance.
Instructions
1) Log in to the Infrascale Dashboard.
The credentials to access the Infrascale Dashboard are NOT your local user credentials for the IBDR Appliance. If you do not have or have forgotten your Infrascale Dashboard credentials, please contact support.
2) Click on Disaster Recovery, then click on Site Summary. You will be redirected to the page with a list of all the appliances registered under your account.
3) Click on the blue gear icon to the right of the desired appliance and then click on Manage Primary if you would like to access the primary appliance, or Manage Cloud if you would like to access the cloud appliance.
The Appliance Management Console will open in a new browser tab.
