How to change the size of an ICB backup account using the Infrascale Dashboard

Introduction

This article outlines the steps on how to change the size of an existing ICB (Infrascale Cloud Backup) backup account on the Infrascale dashboard.

Instructions

1) Log in to the Infrascale Dashboard. Once logged in, you can determine how much free space you have to assign to accounts by moving your mouse over "Online Backup Space Allocated" in the upper right.

2) Mouse over "Endpoint Backup" and click on Backup Accounts.

3) Locate the backup account you wish to increase, click on the wheel on the right-hand side and select Change account size.

4) Update the account to the desired size and click on Save and Close to confirm the changes.

You will receive a green notification in the upper right to confirm that the space has been updated.

The allocated space % will not update until the web page is refreshed.
In order for the updated space to show up on the Online Backup and Recovery Manager, you will need to close and reopen the software.
