How to log in to the Infrascale Dashboard

Introduction

In order to set up and manage Infrascale Cloud Backup (ICB), Infrascale Backup and Disaster Recovery (IBDR), and Infrascale Cloud Application Backup (ICAB), access to the Infrascale Dashboard is required. 
The Infrascale Dashboard can be accessed from the following URLs:

Standard version - https://dashboard.infrascale.com/

Whitelabeled version - https://dashboard.managedoffsitebackup.net/

Lost username or password

If you do not know your username to access the dashboard, please contact support.

If you do not know your password to access the dashboard, please visit the following url for steps on how to reset your password.
