How to recover data backed up by ICB using the Infrascale Dashboard
Introduction
In this article, we will provide steps for how to recover files that were backed up by ICB (Infrascale Cloud Backup) with the Online Backup and Recovery Manager software using the Infrascale Dashboard.
The dashboard recovery is limited to 20 GB. If the file or folder size exceeds 20 GB, you will need to recover it using the Online Backup and Recovery Manager.
Additionally, if the account is Ultrasafe MAX, you will be unable to recover any data from the dashboard and you must use the Online Backup and Recovery Manager.
Prerequisites
- Infrascale Dashboard account credentials.
Instructions
2) After logging into the backup account via the dashboard, click on the Cloud Data button in the upper right.
3) Click on the device that you are looking to recover data from.
4) Select the file or folder that you want to download and click on the wheel icon on the right-hand side. Click on Download to recover the selected file or folder.
