How to manage a DR Run after completing the Failback process
Introduction
After the backup jobs are successfully restored to the primary site, the Disaster Recovery (DR) Run is no longer necessary. It can either be suspended or deleted, depending on your configuration and requirements.
This article provides a step-by-step guide on managing the DR Run in a Hybrid Cloud environment.
Prerequisites
- Failback was completed. Production environment is running as expected.
Instructions
1) Log in to the Infrascale Dashboard.
The credentials to access the Infrascale Dashboard are NOT your local user credentials for the IBDR Appliance. If you do not have or have forgotten your Infrascale Dashboard credentials, please contact support.

How to log in to the Infrascale Dashboard2) Click on Disaster Recovery, then click on Hybrid Cloud Status.
On this page you will see the list of the Clients which have backups replicated to the Hybrid Cloud.
4) Click on the DR Run that is in the Running Status. This will bring up a menu on the right-hand side. From here you can choose to Suspend or Stop the DR Run.
Suspending a DR Run
1) To suspend a DR Run click on Suspend.
The status of the DR Run will change to Suspending.
Once the process has been completed, the status will update to Suspended.
2) If you need to continue to use the suspended DR Run, click on Resume.
Stopping a DR Run

When a DR Run is stopped, all the data that has not been pushed to the cloud, including the DR Run configuration, will be deleted. Please make sure that you have pushed all the changed data to the cloud before you stop the DR Run.
1) To delete the DR Run that is no longer required, click on Stop, you will get a pop up for confirmation. Click on Stop to confirm.
The status of the DR Run will change to Stopping.
Once the process has been completed, the status will update to Stopped.
