How to cancel an ICAB account
Introduction
Cancelling an ICAB (Infrascale Cloud Application Backup) account is all done on the customer end and contacting support is unnecessary. In this article, we will provide steps on how to cancel an ICAB user account.
This operation is irreversible. It includes termination of the Infrascale Cloud Application Backup (ICAB) account and removal of all associated backup data.
Instructions
1) Log in to the Infrascale Dashboard.
2) Go to Application Backup > Activation and Management > Go to the Account you wish to cancel and click on manage on the right hand side to get to the ICAB Management Portal.
3) Go to Settings > Account.
4) Select I approve the removal of my data from Cloud Application Backup, and then click Remove Account.
