Introduction
In order to boot backup jobs as virtual machines in the Hybrid Cloud, it is necessary to start a DR (Disaster Recovery) Run from the Infrascale Dashboard. This action will initiate the boot and initial setup of the DR Appliance in the Cloud. This article is a step-by-step guide on how to initiate a DR Run from the Infrascale Dashboard.
Instructions
1) Log in to the Infrascale Dashboard. 
The credentials to access the Infrascale Dashboard are NOT your local user credentials for the IBDR Appliance. If you do not have or have forgotten your Infrascale Dashboard credentials, please contact support.

How to log in to the Infrascale Dashboard2) Click on Disaster Recovery, then click on Hybrid Cloud Status.
On this page you will see the list of the clients, which have backups replicated to the Hybrid Cloud.
3) Click on Primaries.
On this page you will see a list of the primary appliances that are replicating data to the Hybrid Cloud.
4) Click on the name of the primary appliance that you want to create a DR Run for. This will bring up a menu on the right-hand side.
5) Click on Start DR Run.
You will be taken to a page with the appliance information and credentials required for the initial login to the DR Appliance. Copy the password for the DR Appliance using the Copy to clipboard button.

Make a note of the QuickStart password displayed on this page. You will need it during the DR Run.
6) Select the Model of the DR Run Appliance.
7) Once the model has been selected and the QuickStart password has been recorded, click on Start DR Run in the right top corner of your screen to start the provisioning process.
You will be taken to a page with the DR Run events history and additional information
8) Install, configure and connect to a VPN using the Public IP address and Pre-shared Key. For instructions on how to do this, please visit

9) Finalize the configuration of the DR Appliance booted in the Hybrid cloud. For Instructions on how to do this, please visit

10) Boot the backup jobs as VMs on the DR Appliance in the Hybrid Cloud. For Instructions on how to do this, please visit
this article.11) While the original environment is in the process of recovery take periodic backups of the failover environment. For Instructions on how to do this, please visit

12) Once the primary site is ready for recovery, download the most current backup job(s) from the Hybrid Cloud to the Primary IBDR Appliance. For Instructions on how to do this, please visit

13) Once the primary site has returned to normal operations, there is no need to keep the DR Run active. You can choose either to suspend or delete a DR Run. For Instructions on how to do this, please visit
